The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved the publication of a disclosure report for Damietta Container & Cargo Handling Company to proceed with increasing its issued capital. This follows the Board of Directors' decision on October 2, 2024, in accordance with Article 48 of the Egyptian Exchange's listing and delisting rules.
The company will call both ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies to approve raising its authorized capital from EGP 400 million to EGP 1.5 billion. Additionally, the issued and paid-in capital will increase from EGP 200 million to EGP 1.1 billion, with the EGP 900 million increase distributed over 90 million free shares, each with a face value of EGP 10, financed from company provisions.
