ADQ Seeks Egyptian Competition Authority Approval for Stakes in Three Firms

Abu Dhabi’s ADQ has filed three acquisition requests with Egypt's Competition Authority through its subsidiary Alpha Oryx Limited. According to Youm7 Newspaper, the acquisitions include a 25% stake in the Egyptian Drilling Company, a 30% stake in Ethydco (Egyptian Ethylene and Derivatives Company), and a 35% stake in ELAB (Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene Company).
